Meet Dr.Tori
Dr Tori is a Blair Upper Cervical Chiropractor at Kindred Chiropractic with a strong focus on nervous system health, precision care, and whole-person wellbeing. Her approach is gentle, specific, and grounded in an understanding of how the upper cervical spine influences neurological function, balance, and the body’s ability to adapt to stress.
Tori’s passion for upper cervical chiropractic was shaped by her own health journey. After experiencing prolonged concussion symptoms, she personally experienced the impact that precise upper cervical care can have on nervous system regulation and recovery. This led her to pursue advanced training in Blair Upper Cervical Chiropractic, a highly specific technique that uses detailed assessment and imaging to guide individualised care.
In practice, Dr Tori is known for her calm, attentive presence and thorough examinations. She recognises that symptoms such as headaches, post-concussion issues, dizziness, neck pain, and fatigue are often influenced by both physical alignment and nervous system stress. Her care reflects a holistic yet evidence-informed approach, acknowledging the cumulative impact of physical strain, emotional stress, and life demands on the body.
Alongside upper cervical care, Tori also offers Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), supporting people who feel stuck in stress patterns or experiencing symptoms with an emotional or neurological component. This allows her to support patients from multiple angles while remaining gentle, respectful, and patient-centred.
Dr Tori has a special interest in working with young athletes, individuals navigating concussion recovery, and people seeking a gentle but effective chiropractic approach. Her goal is always to support long-term nervous system resilience, functional movement, and sustainable health — rather than short-term symptom chasing.
Outside the practice, Tori enjoys staying active and connected to movement through dancing, horse riding, and travelling. She brings the same curiosity, balance, and intention into her life as she does into the care she provides.
